FAQ's

Are emergency services available 24/7?

Yes, our emergency department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

What should I bring when coming to the emergency department?

If possible, bring an ID, insurance card, list of medications, and any relevant medical history.

Do I need an appointment to visit the emergency room?

No appointment is needed. Emergency services are walk-in and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition.

What conditions are treated in the emergency department?

We treat trauma, accidents, chest pain, breathing difficulties, strokes, fractures, allergic reactions, and other urgent or life-threatening conditions.

What if I arrive and it’s not a true emergency?

You’ll still be evaluated. If your condition is not urgent, you may be directed to outpatient or urgent care services.

Can I call ahead before coming in for an emergency?

For life-threatening emergencies, call an ambulance. If the situation allows, you can call ahead, but it’s not required.

Are emergency services covered by insurance?

Most emergency care is covered by insurance, but it’s best to confirm coverage with your provider.

What happens after emergency treatment?

You may be discharged with instructions, admitted for further care, or referred to a specialist for follow-up.

Are pediatric emergencies also handled?

Yes, our emergency team is trained to manage medical emergencies in children and infants as well.

Will I be seen immediately upon arrival?

Patients are triaged based on urgency. Critical cases are treated first; others may have a short wait depending on the situation.
